I have just started posting my music to FB etc in order to re kindle the my presence in advance of Album 8. Very early days but the Social Media campaign is set to last for a while too. Check out the FB page

Just to let you all know that all the web site links have now been updated and Album 8 which has just started is in the making. Slight colour update too to ring the changes whilst thinking about a total site overhaul.

Release date announced for Silhouettes
Finally the release date for the new album Silhouettes has been set for July 9th 2021 with a pre release track available from the 25th June 2021. It’s taken far longer than it should but hopefully everyone will feel it was worth the wait.

Obviously if you are reading this page then you have already found the new web address for all my music information. Circumstances have forced me to move to brianrussell.uk from .eu and hopefully I will be here for many years to come. I have been very preoccupied for the past 18 months but there is new music on the way, I promise as 8 songs already sorted and two more on the boil. Look out for more info as the year progresses. New Release
New blues rock album “Done With You” is here released on December 15th 2018. Two years in the making and full of interesting stories. It will be available for download and streaming at all major outlets.
Award for the song “Waiting For My Baby Again”
The song Waiting For My Baby Again taken from the fourth album Breaking Out has won the Akedemia Award for Best Blues Rock category for January 2017. The song was released in early 2016 and is a Bluesy 12 bar theme with plenty of slide guitar.
Great News as this is my second song to win an award!!!
